Professional Experience

William Brett has worked as a journalist for a number of magazines, including the New Statesman and The Week. Also worked on a number of political campaigns and as a parliamentary researcher for an MP. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Constitution Unit, UCL.

Research Interests

Political disengagement and populist discourse; history of American and British politics.
